Re-Imagined Greeting Cards at these locations:
What’s Cooking? /337 W Wilshire (Since 2013)
Urban Agrarian OKC / 1235 SW 2nd (Since 2013)
Urban Agrarian Edmond / 1 E Main (Since 2018)
Re-Imagined Cards came about from "over-creating" handmade greeting cards I make for family and friends. I also discovered people not only like the cards and sentiments themselves, but also appreciate the eco-friendly aspect of using materials that already exist instead of new materials.
All kinds of material & ephemera comes my way to repurpose into Re-Imagined Cards, from years of family crafting to friends providing me with a wealth of treasures.
A family motto always was, "Make it Do, Wear it Out, Use it Up, Or do Without" and I'm doing my best!
Re-Imagined Cards are different in that they are made from materials I collect, have on hand from past projects or have been given. They are layered and collaged with ephemera, so each card is somewhat three-dimensional, some more so than others.
I do not make prints which makes each card truly one-of-a-kind. My tag line on all the card labels reads: "Recycled & Repurposed from whatever it was before..."
What's Cooking? is open to the public and you can find
Re-Imagined Cards at their location.
Urban Agrarian is somewhat open, but limited shopping so Re-Imagined Cards will be waiting for you when they fully re-open.
Take Care Everyone!
will resume attending events one of these days!
Miss saying to hi to everyone who drops by.
